Sex offender living in Cleveland
The Stutsman County Sheriff’s Department has announced that a convicted sex offender is living in Cleveland. Lance Garrett Weber, 33, is living at 509 Third Ave. N., Cleveland. He drives a silver 2004 Oldsmobile Alero. He is described as an American Indian, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 143 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.
