Jamestown rail crossing quiet zone put on hold

People expecting a quieter Jamestown without the train whistles got a surprise this morning. Burlington Northern Santa Fe has raised concerns about safety of the new quiet zone and informed city officials they will continue to sound the horns until the issue is resolved.
