County to enforce road right of way

Stutsman County is checking to make sure landowners don’t violate right-of-way restrictions along county roads. “We’ve had issues with road right-of-way infringements, which can jeopardize (federal) funding if we don’t enforce it,” said Dave Schwartz, Stutsman County commissioner, at Tuesday’s meeting of the Stutsman County Commission.
