Grand Forks initiative moving to Near Southside

Grand Forks’ Near Southside Neighborhood will receive the attention of the city’s urban development efforts along with new housing. The Mayor’s Urban Neighborhoods Initiative will move its focus from the city’s Near North Neighborhood to the Near Southside this year, and Urban Development staff is just beginning to figure out how to transfer that program to a new neighborhood.
