Demons’ Werner tops all-staters

If the 2012 Class A all-state boys basketball team seems to have an air of familiarity, it’s not just imagination working overtime. Four of the five players selected by the North Dakota Associated Press Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association for this year’s all-state team have been there before.
