Four charged with felonies this week

Four people were sentenced on felony charges in Southeast District Court. Jacqueline Kay Oster, also known as Jacqueline Kay Jackson, 24, 734 11th St. NE, Apt. 17, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class C felony.
