High-risk offender in Jamestown

A high-risk sex offender is living in Jamestown, according to the Jamestown Police Department. Police said Michael Philip Kruk, 23, lives at 2308 Circle Drive. He is described as a white male, 6 feet tall, weighs 250 pounds and has brown eyes and red hair.
