Jays face loaded West teams

Not even the best of the West could slow down Alison Allmer. The Jamestown High School junior swept the 800 and 1600 at the Dick Karlgaard Invite on Thursday at the Bismarck Community Bowl. Nobody in the West can hang with either of Bismarck or Century’s team numbers on both the boys’ and girls’ sides, but Allmer led the way for the Blue Jays.
