Four people sentenced on felony charges

Four people were sentenced in Southeast District Court on felony charges. Larry Orvin Elton, no age listed, 1115 12th St. NE, Apt. 4, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, both Class C felonies, and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) by a driver, a Class A misdemeanor.
