Author faces civil suit over 'Three Cups of Tea'

GREAT FALLS, Mont. (AP) — The attorney for Greg Mortenson's publisher says the "Three Cups of Tea" author can exaggerate or even lie in a memoir, and it's still constitutionally protected free speech.
