Inmates work to help their rehabilitation

NEW ENGLAND, N.D. — Inmates at Dakota Women’s Correctional Rehabilitation Center aren’t allowed to serve their time idling. Every woman is required to work, if not at the facility, then in surrounding communities, officials said.
