Action delayed on RV ban

City commissioners here delayed a decision on a proposed RV ban after an overflow crowd overwhelmingly opposed it Tuesday. Commissioners decided to give people 30 days to submit comments on a proposal that would make it illegal to live in a camper that is not part of an RV park.
