Chemistry makes up the colors of spring
We’ve enjoyed record-setting warm weather in March and April. And if the teens in your neighborhood have not already shucked their dark winter jackets for springy, bright T-shirts and shorts, they will soon. The chartreuse green (or Meyer-lemon yellow), grapefruit pink or tangerine orange we’ve started seeing on television and in fashion magazines will be in the citrus mix we see on every street from now to the 2012-13 school year.By: Sharon Cox, The Jamestown Sun
