More info released on childs death

The North Dakota Highway Patrol has released the name of an 8-year-old who died following an accident Sunday. Jacob Shockman, Berlin, N.D., died from injuries suffered when the off-highway vehicle he was driving rolled over, pinning him beneath the vehicle.
