Tri J Bottle Shop closes after 27 years here

After 27 years in business, the Tri J Bottle Shop in downtown Jamestown has closed. Official as of April 30, the off-sale beer, wine and spirits store shut down its operations due to what owner Jay Stocking called “a combination of our economic situation and increased competition in the area.” Stocking said there has been mixed reaction in the community about the shop’s closing.
