Kroll’s hosting marathon training

The Kroll’s Diner Bismarck Marathon will provide a free training seminar 6:30-8 p.m. June 4 at Scheels Sports in Kirkwood Mall, Bismarck. The session will feature information regarding training plans, injury prevention, nutrition and hydration, mental preparation and running efficiency. Speakers include Bismarck Marathon Director Lynn Beiswanger and triathlete Melanie Carvell.
