Official: Top Joseph Kony commander captured

KAMPALA, Uganda (AP) — A Ugandan army official says Ugandan forces have captured a senior commander of Joseph Kony's Lord's Resistance Army after a brief fight with rebels near the Congo-Central African Republic border.
