SD governor, lawmakers study oil, gas development

PIERRE, S.D. (AP) — Gov. Dennis Daugaard and state lawmakers will conduct coordinated studies of what South Dakota should do to prepare for a possible boom in oil and gas drilling, officials said Monday.
