Facing autism: Autism leaves parents wondering where to turn

His caregiver knew something was wrong when Alexander Cherney only wanted to sit and watch “Wheel of Fortune” or “The Price Is Right.” The 2 1/2-year-old didn’t want to play with other kids and only spoke a handful of words.
