Letter to the editor: Cramer’s experience best qualifies him for U.S. House

In the midst of an extended national recession North Dakota remains an economically insulated bastion of growth and development, and most everyone can agree that the ingredients for this success are a combination of our state’s energy complimented by a reasonable regulatory climate that attracts and retains businesses.
