Stolen vehicle recovered near Buchanan

Local law enforcement recovered a stolen semi Thursday near Buchanan, N.D., according to Sgt. Thomas Herzig of the North Dakota Highway Patrol. Herzig said in a press released that a semi stolen from Milwaukee, Wis., was reported to be southbound on U.S. Highway 52 from Carrington, N.D. at 3:24 p.m. Thursday.
