Letter to the editor: Measure 2 will take control of government spending

There are many reasons why I support Measure 2. Property tax is the most intrusive tax. Property tax is not directly related to the ability of the taxpayer to pay. Property tax discourages capital investment. Property tax continues to increase no matter what. Government officials have not solved the problems caused by high property taxes.
