City gives tentative OK to help Titan

The Jamestown City Council agreed to a tentative development agreement with Titan Machinery during a special meeting Thursday. The agreement outlines the city’s intent to negotiate with Titan regarding supplying water and sewer service to the company’s planned new location west of Jamestown Regional Medical Center.
