Two sentenced on felonies in district court

Two people were sentenced on felony charges in Southeast District Court. Eric Matthew Kagle, 24, 616 Fifth Ave. SE, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault. The crime is a Class C felony punishable by five years in prison and a $5,000 fine.
