Taylor: N.D. governor should say ‘no’ to oil industry donors

The Democratic candidate for North Dakota governor criticized his opponent Thursday for taking campaign contributions from officers of energy companies doing business in North Dakota, saying they could influence how the governor performs his regulatory role.
