One person sentenced on felony charges

One person was sentenced on felony charges in Southeast District Court. Shane Robert Netterville, 18, 124 Sixth St. NW, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both charges are Class C felonies punishable by up to five years in prison and a $5,000 fine.
