Fargo officials react to shootings: Fargo police lieutenant: Police well-trained for random acts of violence
Lt. Joel Vettel said the Fargo Police Department is well-trained and prepared to deal with random acts of violence like Friday’s shooting in a suburban Denver movie theater that killed at least a dozen people.
