St. Michael man charged in Spirit Lake killing

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — A St. Michael man has been charged with first-degree murder in the May 2011 killings of two children on the Spirit Lake Reservation, U.S. Attorney Timothy Purdon said Monday.
