Police describe chaotic scene at Sikh temple

OAK CREEK, Wis. — Authorities were on the scene Sunday of shootings at a Sikh temple near Milwaukee, where police and witnesses described a chaotic situation with an unknown number of victims, suspects and possible hostages.
