ND man pleads guilty to domestic assault by habitual offender

U.S. Attorney Timothy Q. Purdon announced today that Isadore Eagle Boy, 38, of Cannon Ball, N.D., pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court to a charge of domestic assault by a habitual offender.
