Letter to the editor: Make opinions known on Missouri River issues

Today, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is hosting a public meeting at the Doublewood Inn at 4:30 p.m. in Bismarck. The corps will gather comments on its proposed draft surplus water reports and a reallocation study.
