West Nile found in Grand Forks County

The first two human cases of West Nile virus this year in Grand Forks County have been confirmed by the North Dakota Department of Health. One case has been classified as meningitis, the other as the less-severe “non-neural-invasive,” meaning it is neither meningitis or encephalitis, according to Michelle Feist, epidemiologist with the state health department.
