Nix the tiki bar: Hawaii tourism gets authentic

Many resorts in Hawaii are hoping to edge away from coconut bras, tiki bars and other kitschy marketing inventions that aren't Hawaiian but that have come to symbolize a Hawaii vacation for tourists.
