NDDOT to host public meeting

GWINNER, N.D. — The North Dakota Department of Transportation will host an open house to discuss improvements to North Dakota Highway 13 from 5 to 7 p.m. Sept. 25 in the EMS Building, 4 First St. S.E., Gwinner.
