JRFD contains smoke at Cargill Malt in Spiritwood

An equipment malfunction that caused smoke at Cargill Malt in Spiritwood, N.D., on Thursday was contained by the Jamestown Rural Fire Department, according to Rich Woehl, rural fire chief.
