Asphalt scammers could be in area

Area residents should be on the lookout for alleged asphalt scammers, according to Detective Sgt. Leroy Gross, Jamestown Police Department. The scammers are allegedly running an asphalt paving business that promises immediate replacement with leftover asphalt from a job the crew just completed, Gross said.
