Betty Lorraine (Kipp) Cumber, 83, formerly of Montpelier, ND, passed away on Sunday, September 30, 2012 at the Pioneer Cottages, Fergus Falls, MN. Betty was born on July 31, 1929 in Jamestown, ND. She was the oldest of three children born to Florence (Gibson) and Harvey Kipp.
