Sex offender moves to Jamestown

The Jamestown Police Department is warning residents about a convicted sex offender who is living in Jamestown. Brandon Scott Schafer, 22, is living at 1214 Third Ave. SE #15. He does not have a vehicle. He is described as a while male, 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 135 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair.
