NDUS chancelor to speak at Carrington

H. A. Shirvani, chancellor of the North Dakota University System, will address high school students in Carrington, N.D., at 9:30 a.m. today. Shirvani will discuss the new Pathways to Student Success Plan in his speech at Carrington High School’s gymnasium.
