Trefz speaks on planning at Kiwanis

Bob Welsh introduced Harley Trefz, a member of the Jamestown Planning Commission, at the Kiwanis meeting. Trefz is a South Dakota native and moved to Jamestown to teach at the North Dakota State Hospital in 1968.
