Letter to the editor: Measure 3 raises concern of preventing GMO regulation

California has a measure on the ballot to label any food containing GMOs (genetically modified organisms). Are GMOs considered “a modern farming practice”? Will GMOs be protected under Measure 3 in North Dakota?
