N.D. man guilty after fatal crash

A jury has found a Mandan man accused of driving drunk and causing the deaths of three of his friends guilty of manslaughter. The Bismarck Tribune reported that a jury found 24-year-old Taylor Berhow guilty Wednesday of three counts of manslaughter after about four hours of deliberation.
