Missouri basin fluctuating between extremes

People with a stake in the management of the Missouri River are interested in higher flows of information. Army Corps of Engineers officials now are talking about the 2012-13 plan to manage the Missouri River, including Lake Sakakawea and the Garrison Reach that includes the river at Bismarck-Mandan.
