FBI: 4 Calif. men charged in alleged terror plot

A neighbor in one Southern California community says it looked like something out of a movie when FBI agents raided the home of one of four men charged with plotting to kill Americans and destroy U.S. targets overseas by joining al-Qaida and the Taliban in Afghanistan.
