Sweeping changes suggested for Pa. child abuse law

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — Pennsylvania should enact sweeping changes to its child abuse laws, a legislative commission concluded Tuesday after a year of study prompted by Jerry Sandusky's arrest on molestation charges.
