Board denies water complaint

The Stutsman County Water Resource Board voted Wednesday to deny a complaint concerning water problems in Griffin Township. The unanimous vote indicated the board found no illegal actions had occurred when Russell Remboldt, Gackle, raised the elevation of a section line road to hold water back from inundating his farmstead.
