Luring cases moved to federal court

The cases of two Bismarck men accused of attempting to solicit teens for sex earlier this year have been moved to federal court. The Bismarck Tribune reports that 28-year-old Aaron Masser and 44-year-old Daniel Lawrence were charged in August in district court with luring minors by computer.
