Dakota War of 1862 to be discussed

A commemoration of the U.S.-Dakota War of 1862 will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Froemke Auditorium in Foss Hall on the campus of Valley City State University, and will feature keynote speaker Dr. Elden Lawrence.
