Man charged in hammer attack

A Zim, Minn., man who allegedly attacked a Gilbert man with a sledgehammer is charged with three felonies. Justin Kenneth Rae, 21, Zim, is charged with first-degree assault-great bodily harm, second-degree assault and first-degree burglary.
