Manslaughter charge filed in fatal June crash

Since the June 4 motorcycle crash that injured 10-year-old Elijah Viestenz and killed his father, all the boy has wanted people to know is that the accident wasn’t his dad’s fault. Now, Cass County prosecutors are going to try to prove it.
